How to order delivery

  1. Click "Order Online" in the top right-hand portion of our website.
  2. Select your favorite store and then select "Delivery.” (If you are not prompted to select Pick-Up or Delivery, you can always change your delivery method during in your Shopping Bag or during checkout. )
  3. Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Bag.
  4. Click on your Shopping Bag and scroll down to "Proceed to Checkout".
  5. Enter your delivery address to ensure you are in our delivery range.  (If there is no option to select Delivery, Delivery services may not be available for the selected store. If you are outside of our delivery zones, you will receive a notification stating that delivery isn't available for your address. )
  6. Once you enter in your address, you will see a dropdown populate with your address and an image that says, "Powered by Google". Please make sure to click on this dropdown or you will not be able to proceed.
  7. Once you've entered in your address and clicked "Proceed to Checkout", you will be prompted to select a Date and Time.
  8. Select a Delivery Time and proceed to check out. 
  9. If there are no dates available, please try again on a different day. 

Things to know

The Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) cardholder or MMUR caregiver must be available to accept the delivery at your scheduled delivery time. If you need to cancel your delivery order, contact customer care at (850) 391-5455 or cancel your order in-person at any Surterra Wellness location.

Delivery discount policy

Our staff will ensure we apply the best discount for your delivery order. Whenever we offer a promotion on your delivery day that has a better value than the discount you received when you placed your order, we will automatically apply the promotion that brings you the most savings.  Rest assured, we will get you the best value we can offer.

Who can accept a delivery order?

The MMUR cardholder or MMUR caregiver must be available to accept the delivery at your scheduled time.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact customer care using on site chat, email (wellness@surterra.com) or phone (850) 391-5455 and request to cancel your order.

When will delivery be available in my area?

Delivery is only available in select areas. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we expand our delivery services.

How do I know when to expect my delivery?

When checking out you will pick a delivery window and then on the day of the delivery you will receive an email and text message with an estimate of when your delivery will arrive.

Can I call in a delivery order?

All delivery orders need to be placed on surterra.com.

How do I pay for delivery?

We only accept cash or CanPay for delivery orders.

Can I modify my delivery order after its placed?

No, you will need to cancel your order and create a new one.

How do I reschedule my delivery?

Delivery rescheduling is currently unavailable. Please cancel your order and place a new one for the day and time you would like.

What COVID-19 precautions are you taking on delivery orders?

Safety is our top priority. Our mobile guides are required to wear PPE while on duty and to keep interactions with customers to a minimum.

Can I change my delivery address after an order is placed?

No, you will need to cancel your order and create a new one.

What happens if I am unavailable to accept my delivery order?

If for any reason you are not available to receive your order and our team is unable to reach you, the order will be canceled. Please note that excessive delivery cancellations can impact the availability of delivery for future orders.

What happens if an item I ordered becomes unavailable?

We do our best to avoid situations like this, but should it occur, a member of our delivery team will contact you and attempt to substitute the item on the order.

Are there any fees or restrictions on delivery orders?

There is a $25 fee for delivery. Orders of $150 or more (after discounts) qualify for free delivery.
